1. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal payments and credit card payments made through PayPal. We will receive a notification from PayPal once your payment clears.

2. When will you ship my order?

All orders will normally be shipped 2 business days after a cleared payment is received.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide however restrictions apply to some countries. Please click here for more information

6. Will I have to pay DUTIES/IMPORT TAXES on ordered items?

The Customer is responsible to cover all arising import duties and taxes related to the order as such charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please click here for more information.

7. Can I ship to an ALTERNATE ADDRESS?

Your address must be verified by PayPal. We will be happy to ship the item to a different address if PayPal has verified it.

8. Where can I get my TRACKING number?

We will email you your package tracking number once we process your order. All of our packages are safely insured.

9. Can I pick up my order?

Yes, under certain circumstances merchandise can be picked up at our location in Los Angeles.

10. Is this item authentic?

All items purchased from us guaranteed to be genuine for the life of the item. If for whatever reason you ever find it to otherwise, you can return it for a full refund or exchange forever.

11. Do you provide certification for your items?

Yes, each item can be certified by independent gemological laboratory in Los Angeles. Process takes about 4 business days and additional fee of $33.00 per certificate applies.

12. What kind of WARRANTY is provided for the watches?

Since most of the items are close-out deals, manufacture warranty is not available.

13. How to determine your ring sizes?

Our ring sizes are usually given in US and European measurements. Please use Ring Size Converter to find French, German, British, Swiss, and Japanese ring sizing information.

14. Can you RESIZE a ring for me?

Please contact us if you would like to resize your ring for an additional $25 fee. Please be aware that not all rings can be resized.

15. What is your return policy?

All merchandise may be returned within 14 days from original shipment dispatch date for a full refund of the purchase price. All items must be returned in their original, unused condition. All returned packages must have tracking numbers and insurance. Shipping and handling costs in connection with returns are the responsibility of the customer.
